Special parameters for “No account signers”

In order to manage signers without a Skribble account, use these additional parameters:

Parameter	Required	Description
`SkribbleSigner{0}_Firstname`	mandatory if “no account signer”	The first name of the signer.
`SkribbleSigner{0}_Lastname`	mandatory if “no account signer”	The last name of the signer.
`SkribbleSigner{0}_MobileNumber`	mandatory if “no account signer” and if quality is QES, AES_MINIMAL or AES	The mobile number of the signer.
`SkribbleSigner{0}_IssuingCountry`	mandatory if “no account signer” and if quality is QES, AES_MINIMAL or AES	The issuing country of the ID of the signer.
`SkribbleSigner{0}_Language`	optional	The language for notification. The available options are : `en` : English (default) `de` : German `fr` : French
`SkribbleSigner{0}_Provider`	optional and if quality is QES, AES_MINIMAL or AES	The provider of evidence where Skribble could validate the signers’ identity data (especially for advanced and qualified signatures levels). The only available option at the moment is: `swisscom_ra_app`
