When generating documents, you may want to include information for multiple records from a data source, such as an overview of employees. By default, a PowerPoint table only displays the values from the first record. To include all records, you can use the Loop table rows function to automatically repeat a table row for each record returned by the data source. This function is available exclusively for table rows in PowerPoint and cannot be used to repeat other content in your template.
Steps
In Microsoft PowerPoint, open your document template.
Create a table and insert the desired data fields.

Example: Overview of employees
Select the first data field in the row that you want to repeat. In our example: <%EmployeeList.FullName%>
In the dox42 Data Fields explorer, select the Loop Table Rows checkbox.

dox42 Data Fields explorer
Select OK.
The data field in the template now includes a hash sign (#).
Configuration of a dynamic table
Save the PowerPoint template.
Result
You have configured a dynamic table in your PowerPoint template. When you generate the document, the table will include all rows from the data source.
