d.velop HTTP Header

Prev Next

The d.velop HTTP header is automatically sent to dox42 when called from d.velop documents to authenticate the current user on the system. The d.velop data source uses this header for authentication unless specifically overridden.

Similarly, the Custom Output Action CustomOutputD3.CustomOutputD3REST uses the HTTP header if both parameters Baseuri and ApiKey are not set.

Note

When using a third-party system, it must be ensured that the HTTP header "alpin-d3-auth" is sent or the parameters are set both in the dox42 template and the dox42 call to perform authentication in d.velop documents.

The structure of the HTTP header is Urlencoded Baseuri Space Urlencoded ApiKey.
