Display Name

Display name when calling the template in d.velop documents.

Template

mandatory

Path to the desired dox42 template. There are two ways to provide the template:

• Directly on the dox42 Server. In this case, the direct path from the dox42 Server's perspective is entered.

  Example: c:\dox42Server\Templates\Template.docx

• Stored in d.velop documents. The template is located in d.velop documents. It can be loaded using the Repository ID and the docID.

• Example: dms://{Repository-ID}/{docID}

Data Map

optional

This parameter can be used to directly link a data map file.

This may be necessary if the template is not located in the same directory on the dox42 Server as the data map file.

Operation

mandatory

Selects the operation to be called, corresponding to the dox42 Server (GenerateDocument | GenerateSpreadSheet | GenerateSlides).

Repository

optional

The assignment of the dox42 template can be limited to a specific repository.

Category

optional

The assignment of the dox42 template can also be limited to a specific document type. 

Optional Input Params

Input parameters configured for calling the template must be set up here.

Primary Data Source

optional

This is where the data source to be monitored for mass printing is specified. This entry controls the dox42 task monitoring.

Use released document

optional

When selected, the last release of the dox42 template is used instead of the latest version.

If no release is available, the template in progress is automatically used.
