Granting permissions for Entra ID App “SharePoint Online Extensibility Web Application Principal” and Admin Consent

Permissions must be granted to the Entra ID App “SharePoint Online Extensibility Web Application Principal” to access the dox42 Online application.

Prerequisite

• You have set up the SharePoint Online Client Extensibility Web Application Principal.

• You have exposed a new scope within your dox42 Online App.

Steps

1. Open the Microsoft Entra admin center: https://entra.microsoft.com.

2. Go to App registrations and search for SharePoint Online Extensibility Web Application Principal.

3. Choose to manage the app and select the API permissions tab.

4. Select Add a permission.

5. Search for your dox42 online tenant from APIs my organization uses and select it.

6. Go to delegated permissions and accordingly select permissions and select Add permission.

7. Grant your organization with admin access to facilitate the usage of the app:
