Print destination extensions allow you to set up custom output actions which will be applied additionally to the main print destination the report is printed to. Print destination extensions are applied in the order according to the Sequence field until the record with the activated checkbox Stop search is found. You can add your print destination extensions on a global level applying it for all printed Reports/Entities as well as you can do the setup per each Report/Entity.
For example, you set up for your report Print destination extension with SaveAction. That means when choosing the report print destination Printer, the report will be sent to a printer and additionally saved to the folder and signed. Moreover, saving to the folder will be performed before or after sending to a printer depending on whether this print destination extension is opening or closing.

The opening print destination extensions will be executed before the main print destination (the report is run with) is closing – after the main print destination. To limit the use of the print destination extension, select the Has conditions checkbox and set up the main print destinations applicable for this print destination extension:
