Scenario

Under certain conditions, after upgrading to a new version, there may be a problem displaying reports when printing to screen. This issue may affect Tier-1 (Single-box) environments due to a specific deployment process.

Error message indicating the requested page cannot be found with suggestions for navigation.

Error message

Solution

  1. Go to the your WebRoot directory of the IIS server.
    Example: K:\AosService\WebRoot\Resources\Html\Dox42ReportViewer_SF.htm

  2. Replace the Dox42ReportViewer_SF.htm file in with the latest version of the file from your PackagesLocalDirectory.
    Example: K:\AosService\PackagesLocalDirectory\Dox42_SF\Dox42_SF\AxResource\ResourceContent\Html\Dox42ReportViewer_SF.htm
