In order to extend the dox42 basic template HelloDokID.docx, you can load more document properties from d.velop documents. Therefore, you can use the d.velop data source.

  5. Select Connect.

    Note

For a  description of the parameters see Parameter: d.velop Data Source

    Important

Please note that the two parameters D3 Base Uri and D3 Api Key should never be configured directly in these fields in plain text. This is only allowed for testing and local calls. After that, these fields must be empty or filled for third-party systems via a parameter (e.g., <%Konfig.d3ApiKey%>). These parameters are automatically filled from d.velop documents.

The connection to the configured d.velop documents is established, and all data fields are loaded.

  6. Select the Test button to display the entries in d.velop documents and thus to confirm the correct functionality. Temporarily, a query of the access data appears for setting up the template.
