Scenario
Authorization requests from dox42 to Entra ID are throttled. It may happen if the report template uses “User credentials” for the authorization when designing report templates or running reports in D365 FSCM.

Solution
There are two options:
Switch the template to use “Client credentials” instead of “User credentials” for the authorization if possible. See Setting up the D365 FSCM Data Sources.
Upgrade to the product version 1.4.0 (dox42 server must be version 4.6 or higher).
