Prerequisites

Steps

  1. In Microsoft Word or Excel, go to the dox42 ribbon and select Data Map.

    The Data Map Designer window opens.

  2. Select  D365 FSCM Entity.

  3. Select the Edit button.
    The D365 FSCM Entity Data Source window opens.

  4. Into the Ext. filter text field enter a filter for the ODataSource.

  5. From Entity dropdown select the Vendor2 entry.

  6. Select the data field checkboxes which are required for the report.

  7. Optional: Use the Field List Filter dropdown and text field to filter the fields in your Entity data source.

  8. Select OK.

  9. Select File > Save to save the changes to the data map.

  10. Design the template and define a loop as follows:

  11. Complete the template by inserting all required placeholders.

  12. Save the document template.

  13. Call the report from the D365 FSCM.
