You can use the print management as print destination while e.g. posting a sales invoice.
Use case: Journals
Select e.g. the sales invoice which should be printed to the print destination which is setup in the print management.
From View dropdown select the Use print management entry.
Use case: Using the print management while posting
Select the invoice which should be posted.
Select the Invoice button.
Set Use print management to Yes.
